"Statefarm and its shady practices aside. My review is specifically for Susie and just how disgusting shady her office is. After a decade of being with her I missed one 6 month payment, not a single call, text or email to remind me. They canceled my $1800/year, million dollar coverage simply because they wanted to resign me at the "new" cov*d rates of $3800/year. Not a single attempt to contact me for payment was made. I reduced my coverage and they lost money on the deal after all. Went monthly payments that always changed and lies were told about why. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I missed a payment, I had several emails and texts sent for weeks afterwards! Susie I hope you see this.. You are a DISGUSTING human being. I've known you personally for a while."

"I have had the good fortune to work with Leslie Waid at State Farm Ins. since moving to LakeWood Ranch, Florida. When living in Ohio I had a great agent and was worried about not having the same level of professionalism here as there. I had nothing to worry about. Leslie Waid, of the Susie Jackson State Farm Agency was the quintessential insurance agent from start to finish. She has had the patience of a saint throughout the whole process of setting up renter’s insurance for my vehicle and villa. She responded to and answered all of my questions and messages the same day with patience and professionalism.

Despite having had to answer the same questions multiple times via Email, she did so with a level of clarity that I was able to better understand the Insurance and legal terminology on all of mom Leslie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient in all her responses. I couldn’t have asked for a better State Farm Representative to work with. The paperwork has all been completed, signed, and processed today and I am confident that Ms. Waid will continue to professionally respond to any questions or concerns about my policy I may have in the future.
